Profile Requirements:

  • Min 2.5 years Proven Experience in logistics trucking or transportation management (required)
  • Proven leadership and team management skills in a logistics environment
  • Strong understanding of dispatch systems routing software and transportation regulations

Core responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of fleet logistics dispatch and transportation services
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with drivers dispatchers and administrative staff to ensure seamless workflow
  • Monitor and manage load assignments routes schedules and delivery timelines
  • Ensure compliance with DOT regulations safety standards and company policies
  • Maintain accurate documentation including invoices bills of lading delivery receipts and driver logs
  • Track and report key performance metrics to optimize delivery times and reduce operational costs
  • Address and resolve issues related to delays routing problems or equipment breakdowns in realtime
  • Work closely with accounting and billing teams to ensure accurate invoicing and financial tracking
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members; hire train and evaluate staff as needed
  • Collaborate with external vendors brokers and partners to maintain strong relationships and efficient operations
  • Implement operational improvements and develop strategies for scaling and sustainability

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a biweekly basis.
