Monitoring and Analyzing Footage:
Continuously observe live video feeds from multiple CCTV cameras to identify and report unusual activities or security breaches.
Responding to Incidents:
React promptly to alarms security breaches or other incidents by notifying the appropriate personnel and following established protocols.
Equipment Maintenance:
Regularly check CCTV equipment and systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of all surveillance activities incidents and reports.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with security personnel law enforcement and other stakeholders as needed.
Reporting:
Prepare detailed reports on incidents suspicious activities and equipment malfunctions.
Additional Duties:
Access Control: Monitor access control systems and respond to any alarms or breaches.
Investigation: Conduct investigations into incidents and provide evidence for legal proceedings.
