Job Description

The Lowell Graded School a parttime day time Facilities Manager/Custodian vacancy for the upcomingschool year. The position will work with administration in ensuring a safe and clean learning environment in and around school grounds and oversee the infrastructure maintenance and repairs. Daytime Facilities Manager/Custodian: up to 20 hours per week 52 weeks per Qualifications: school 24 years of previous experience and knowledge in the following: with maintenance and custodial of facilities management in at least one of the following areas preferred:HVAC systemsPublic bid processProject specifications & general contracting/buildingPlumbing and electrical repairs and to perform manual labor and meet physical demands of the job including but not limited to:Ability to climb ladders and scaffoldsAbility to lift and carry heavy organizational interpersonal problemsolving time management and communication skills are or willingness to learn Vermont state regulations for schools around facilities and a high level of professionalism adaptability and standards of confidentiality in the community skills with competency in Google & Benefits: as per Support Staff Collective persons must submit a letter of interest including references and forward it to:Rhoda McLure PrincipalLowell Graded School52 Gelo Park RoadLowell VT Deadline: Applicationscreening process will begin immediately and continue until position is Record and Child Abuse/Neglect Registry Checks are Opportunity Employer.
