Job Duties:
- Conduct User Research Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies including interviews surveys usability testing and ethnographic research.
- Analyze User Behavior Synthesize research findings to identify user needs pain points and behavioral patterns that inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with CrossFunctional Teams Work closely with designers product managers developers and stakeholders to ensure user insights are integrated into product development.
- Develop User Personas & Journeys Create detailed user personas journey maps and workflows to illustrate user experiences and inform design strategies.
- Test Prototypes & Products Conduct usability testing on wireframes prototypes and live products to assess functionality accessibility and overall user experience.
- Translate Research into Actionable Insights Present findings and recommendations to teams through reports presentations and workshops.
- Stay UptoDate on UX Trends & Best Practices Keep informed of industry trends emerging research methods and evolving user expectations.
- Advocate for the User Champion user needs within the organization ensuring a humancentered approach to product and experience development.
- Measure UX Impact Evaluate the success of design solutions using key performance indicators (KPIs) usability metrics and postlaunch feedback.
- Build & Maintain Research Repositories Organize and manage research documentation to ensure insights are accessible and reusable across teams.
You Must Have:
- Minimum of ten years of successful UX Research experience preferably for an ecommerce productdriven business
- Understanding of usercentered design (UCD) principles.
- Proficiency in qualitative research and quantitative research (e.g. user interviews usability testing ethnographic studies).
- Experience with quantitative research (e.g. surveys A/B testing analytics).
