About Us: We are a forwardthinking organization at the intersection of technology and innovation committed to delivering exceptional IT services and scalable solutions to our users. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated IT Program Desktop Support Specialist with a strong background in interface troubleshooting user account management computer security and experience with OpenAI technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline desktop support to internal users both remotely and onsite resolving hardware software and networkrelated issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot user accounts access permissions and status across various platforms (e.g. Active Directory Microsoft 365 etc.).
- Assist in configuring and maintaining user interfaces ensuring seamless interaction between applications and systems.
- Support the implementation and integration of OpenAI tools and APIs in business workflows.
- Monitor and enforce companywide security policies ensuring systems are compliant with current cybersecurity standards.
- Maintain documentation on IT procedures known issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve system usability and enduser satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles (2 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of user account lifecycle management.
- Solid grasp of computer security practices including endpoint protection patch management and data privacy.
- Familiarity with system interfaces and application integration troubleshooting.
- Experience with OpenAI technologies or other machine learning tools is a strong plus.

- Excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CompTIA A Security or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell Python) and basic automation.
- Understanding of API integration and AIdriven solutions in IT environments.
