How Youll Add Value
The Talent Acquisition Partner will report into the Director Human Resources. They will focus on recruiting in a highvolume hiring environment developing staffing strategies to build an ongoing applicant pipeline developing and tracking measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process setting continuous improvement goals being a liaison for new hires and hiring managers and other similar duties necessary to support the hiring process.

What Youll Do
- Build strong working relationships with managers and leaders across the organization to understand current and future hiring needs
- Through various sources build a pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate openings
- Advise on market trends compensation benchmarks and best practices in talent acquisition
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve the hiring process
- Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and internal policies
- Research and implement new sources and networks for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with college university and community college placement offices
- Schedule and attend job/career fairs with appropriate staff
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
- Assist applicants with completing onboarding/new hire paperwork
- Follow up and maintain relationship with candidates through onboarding and first day of employment
- Promote the organizations employer brand through engaging candidate outreach and community involvement
- Perform other duties within HR or special HR projects as required or requested
What You Will Bring
- A Bachelors degree is preferred
- A minimum of two years of recruiting experience required preferably in high volume recruiting
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
- Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
- Ability to travel for recruitment meetings college visits and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
