Job Description
About the Role:
- You will bed reporting to your manager.
- This is individual contributor (NonManagerial) role
- This is a hybrid remote/inoffice role.
Responsibilities
- Take a technical leadership role within development teams solving complex engineering challenges and influencing system architecture and design.
- Own the endtoend development lifecycle including analysis architecture implementation testing and deployment.
- Design solutions for intricate system problems and technical improvements.
- Collaborate with Product QA UX and DevOps teams to ensure cohesive planning and delivery of features.
- Define and help execute the technical strategy for product development including recommending appropriate technologies.
- Ensure development work adheres to Agile principles and practices contributing to ceremonies backlog refinement and crossteam coordination.
- Participate in code reviews technical discussions and knowledgesharing sessions to raise the engineering bar within the team.
Required Qualifications
- 58 years of experience in software engineering roles including handson backend development with modern frameworks (e.g. Java with Spring Boot C# with .NET or ).
- Experience building and maintaining cloudnative systems using AWS services (e.g. Lambda ECS S3 API Gateway).
- Experience designing scalable maintainable and secure software architectures.
- Working knowledge of DevSecOps practices including CI/CD pipelines containerization (Docker) and infrastructureascode tools.
- Handson experience working with microservices architecture RESTful APIs and messaging systems (e.g. Kafka SQS).
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and data modeling principles.
- Knowledge and practical experience in Generative AI concepts and tools is required.
- Grasp of Agile development methodologies and engineering best practices.
