Job Description
Qualifications:
Required training experience and skills
- Twoyear degree in office administration or secretarial science preferred
- Successful administrative support experience in a public school preferred
- Experience with PowerSchool is preferred.
- Successful experience in record keeping and preparation of effective reports letters and email/website/ public address communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills
- Excellent problem solving and organization skills
- Excellent technology skills (e.g. Word processing spreadsheet database and presentation applications)
- Office/information multitasking skills
Salary: Secretarial Salary Schedule
Terms of Employment:210 days
