This position is open to candidates located in Dallas Houston Austin Phoenix Denver Portland Seattle Irvine Los Angeles or San Francisco. This is a hybrid role; the selected colleague must be willing and able to work out of a WTW office.
As a Healthcare Financial/Actuarial Director you will be a key member of the Financial Actuarial & Analytics (FAA) Community of Expertise. You will lead clients financial/actuarialengagements for aportfolio of clients and/or significantly contribute to complex clientsacrossthe full spectrum of employer health and group benefit programs including medical dental life disability etc. In partnership with Client Service colleagues you will communicate FAA concepts strategies and results that effectively drive client action and improve plan performance. Willhave the opportunity to work on cutting edge projects alongside leaders in the industry.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors including but not limited to location of the role individual competencies education/professional certifications qualifications/experience performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $140000.00 $180000.00 USD per year.
This role is also eligible for an annual shortterm incentive bonus.
