Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Analyst (Entry Level)Program Summary:
The P8A Poseidon is the U.S. Navys multimission maritime patrol and reconnaissance aircraft conducting longrange antisubmarine warfare (ASW) antisurface warfare intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR).The P8A Poseidon the U.S. Navys maritime patrol aircraft is capable of broadarea maritime and littoral operations and search and rescue.
Job Summary:
KBR is seeking an entry level Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Analyst to join the Team in our Orange Park Florida location. In this role you will support the RCM analysis of the P8A aircraft.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The RCM Analyst will utilize NAVAIR software to document analyses.
Drafts RCM reports papers and presentations.
Presents RCM analysis findings and recommendations as required.
Performs basic statistical and cost analyses.
Participates in RCM team meetings and analysis reviews.
Will be required to travel as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in an aviation maintenance/management field or related is lieu of a degree eight (8) years of related professional work experience.
Candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to collect sort and analyze various qualitative and quantitative data including Naval Aviation Logistics Data Analysis / Decision Knowledge Programming for Logistics Analysis and Technical Evaluation (NALDA/DECKPLATE) Joint Deficiency Reporting System (JDRS) and Naval Air Technical Data and Engineering Service Command (NATEC).
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
A working knowledge of Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (4790 series) Maintenance Requirement Cards (MRC) aircraft maintenance plans and aircraft systems publications including illustrated parts breakdowns theory of operations and systems functional diagrams. Aircraft Gun System (AGS) maintenance knowledge a plus.
Familiarity with Integrated Reliability Centered Maintenance (IRCMS) software and any/all phases of Design Interface Maintenance Planning is highly desired.
Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) training and certification is considered a definite plus but is not required.
Experience in aviation maintenance with exposure to aircraft aircraft systems support equipment trend analysis or reliability analysis is highly desired.
The candidate will be expected to be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of software tools (Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint).
An active secret level security clearance. Applicant selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
