Job Purpose and Impact

As the Senior Supervisor Maintenance & Reliability you will play a key role in driving asset performance reliability and operational excellence across our site. You will lead a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic environment where Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Continuous Improvement (CI) are embedded in our daily operations. This role goes beyond execution you will shape and implement strategies that ensure long-term asset health optimize utilities and facilities performance and contribute to CAPEX planning and delivery.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the execution and continuous improvement of preventive predictive and condition-based maintenance programs.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in CAPEX projects ensuring maintainability and reliability are embedded from design to commissioning.
  • Oversee utilities and facilities management ensuring compliance efficiency and availability of critical infrastructure.
  • Drive reliability engineering initiatives using tools such as FMEA RCA and Weibull analysis to reduce unplanned downtime.
  • Champion TPM and RCM methodologies to enhance asset lifecycle performance and reduce total cost of ownership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Production Engineering and EHS to align maintenance strategies with business goals.
  • Lead coach and develop a high-performing team of technicians and specialists across multiple disciplines.
  • Ensure all activities are executed in line with safety quality and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to asset reliability maintenance efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a maintenance or reliability leadership role preferably in a manufacturing or process industry
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience with TPM RCM and CI methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of utilities systems (e.g. steam compressed air HVAC water treatment).
  • Experience managing or supporting CAPEX projects.
  • Solid knowledge of CMMS systems and data-driven maintenance decision-making.
  • Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
