About the Role:
Were seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to manage and grow our team within AWS strategic Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Sales Segment. As part of the AWS sellto team dedicated to Horizontal Business Applications ISVs we serve as trusted advisors responsible for the entire ISV relationship. Our mission is to guide ISVs along a maturity model path focused on making AWS the preferred cloud platform to build run and grow their offerings moving relationships from transactional to strategic through joint business planning and executive sponsorship.
The leader of this team will drive business value through field sellers who coordinate crossfunctional teams including partner managers BD and product teams to deliver accelerated doubledigit growth for both AWS and our ISV partners.* This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of cloud computing by leading one of the highest revenue growth areas in the company.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop an existing team of top strategic sales professionals* Drive adoption of AWS full suite of services into Strategic ISV customers Exceed annual revenue and design win targets Partner with AWS Partner Team to help drive ISV topline revenue growth* Codevelop and execute account plans with field sellers* Drive GTM programs to accelerate adoption of our ISV partners products Collaborate with demand generation teams to create healthy sales pipeline Oversee enablement trainings and account prospecting workshops Manage operational aspects of the business in partnership with Sales Ops Develop longterm strategic relationships with AWS Executives and Partner management teams Drive and maintain high customer satisfaction Embrace and drive Amazon culture through our Leadership Principles Regular travel throughout Central US region required during normal business conditions
10 years of technology related sales business development or equivalent experience 5 years of sales management experience Experience in management of large complex enterprise accounts or equivalent
Masters degree or equivalent Bachelors degree or equivalent
