National Sales Manager (NSM) Adhesives & Hardware Market

About the Company:
Join a leading name in the specialty chemical industry recognized for its innovation in PU and water-based adhesives catering to the paints paper construction and hardware sectors. With a strong local and international presence the company is committed to delivering sustainable high-quality chemical solutions.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and driven National Sales Manager (NSM)with a strong background in adhesives and the hardware market particularly with a B2C approach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading nationwide sales efforts expanding market presence and building a customer-focused strategy to position the company as a market leader in the adhesive segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy focused on adhesive products within the hardware retail and B2C channels.
  • Lead coach and manage a high-performing sales team to drive performance and market coverage.
  • Build strong distributor and retailer networks in the adhesive and hardware markets.
  • Identify growth opportunities and create channel-specific plans for expansion.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to align offerings with market needs.
  • Drive new product launches promotions and retail campaigns to increase visibility and shelf presence.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and strengthen client relationships to build brand loyalty.
  • Track sales KPIs and adjust strategies to ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience with proven expertise in adhesives and the hardware market.
  • Strong knowledge of PU and water-based adhesive technologies.
  • Established network of contacts in the hardware DIY or construction material retail segments.
  • Demonstrated success in growing national-level sales and distribution.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product marketing and operations teams.
