Were looking for a talented and experienced Sr. Technical Lead (Backend) to join our growing team. Youll be responsible for building and maintaining highquality applications using cuttingedge frontend technologies and provide technical leadership and direction for the development team.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in software development with 6 years of experience in leading and managing development teams (InHouse and Vendors).
- Proven expertise in Microsoft SQL Server including experience with various versions (e.g. TSQL stored procedures triggers).
- Indepth knowledge of Azure Cosmos DB including data modelling indexing strategies and querying capabilities.
- Solid understanding of Azure Synapse Analytics including data warehousing data lakes and data integration concepts.
- Experience with data security best practices and compliance regulations.
- Experience with performance optimization techniques for relational and NoSQL databases.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and direction for the data platform team focusing on Microsoft technologies like SQL Server Azure Cosmos DB and Azure Synapse Analytics.
- Design develop implement and maintain complex scalable and highperforming web applications.
- Stay uptodate on the latest advancements and best practices in technologies.
- Mentor developers fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Conduct code reviews ensuring code quality maintainability and adherence to coding standards.
- Collaborate with designers product managers and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in architectural decisions and define the technical roadmap.
- Estimate tasks manage timelines and track project progress.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks ensuring project delivery within budget and on time.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.

- Experience in GitHub Copilot.
- Experience of working in manufacturing domain with experience / awareness on the following tools:
- RTDuet Factory Talk PC&R SAP
- OSIPI HighByte
- Microsoft Azure Application Insights to monitor application performance and analyze the outcomes (responsetime errors etc.) to actions.
