Are you passionate about creating impactful and engaging adult education solutions that equip staff with the skills and knowledge they need to best serve Albertans Do you appreciate the important role of instructional design and tools and how they enhance and transform our ability to train staff Do you want to make a difference in the lives of Albertans through innovative corporate learning and the upskilling of our workforce

As a Learning & Development Consultant (LDC) you will lead the analysis design development implementation and evaluation of training programs and initiatives. You will report to the Manager of the Provincial Training Team (PTT) and work collaboratively with program leaders and subjectmatter experts to develop comprehensive training for SCSSs more than 4000 staff.

The Learning and Development Consultant should have comprehensive knowledge and supporting experience in the following:
