Were looking for a proactive People Operation Manager to support and lead key HR functions from performance and talent processes to payroll and compliance. Youll play a central role in our HR operations making sure that systems compensation and core people programs run smoothly and effectively. This is a juniortomidlevel role ideal for someone with a few years of experience who is eager to grow in a generalist HR operation role.

Key Responsibilities
The People Operation Manager will execute and optimize core HR processes focusing on compliance payroll and performance support. This position ensures the backbone of our people operations runs effectively and provides a seamless employee experience. Youll work with local partners and global teams to support legal compliance data accuracy and a strong foundation for HR programs.
Talent & Performance Management
Coordinate our performance review cycles including calendar management communication and documentation.
Support managers in the preparation of individual development plans and progression frameworks.
Help enable a continuous feedback culture through simple operational support.
Assist in the rollout of core talent programs (onboarding promotions internal mobility L&D logistics).
Payroll Compensation & Benefits
Manage payroll processing across relevant geographies.
Maintain accurate compensation records employment contracts and addenda
Support compensation benchmarking by collecting and organizing data for analysis.
Help evaluate and communicate benefits offerings; ensure clear documentation for employees.
People Analytics & Compliance
Track and report key HR metrics such as headcount turnover and DEI indicators.
Ensure uptodate and compliant HR documentation including policies processes and contracts.
Maintain our HRIS and internal systems.
Liaise with legal and compliance stakeholders internally.
