Were looking for a passionate and driven Consultant Leadership Capability & Performance to help us in achieving our aspiration of an engaging culture that optimises the performance of every employee. In this role youll be part of the People and Culture Division working across the University to design develop and deliver enterprisewide initiatives focused on leadership performance capability and employee experience.
Youll support lead and facilitate programs and initiatives that drive engagement lift performance and help our people thrive. Whether its coordinating projects leading programs facilitating workshops or working behind the scenes to ensure seamless delivery youll bring energy initiative and a strong focus on outcomes.
This is a handson role that will give you the opportunity to work across a range of exciting initiatives that make a real impact. As part of our Leadership Capability & Performance team youll be surrounded by passionate professionals who care deeply about the work we do and the people we do it for.
