Were looking for a passionate and driven Consultant Leadership Capability & Performance to help us in achieving our aspiration of an engaging culture that optimises the performance of every employee. In this role youll be part of the People and Culture Division working across the University to design develop and deliver enterprisewide initiatives focused on leadership performance capability and employee experience.
Youll support lead and facilitate programs and initiatives that drive engagement lift performance and help our people thrive. Whether its coordinating projects leading programs facilitating workshops or working behind the scenes to ensure seamless delivery youll bring energy initiative and a strong focus on outcomes.
This is a handson role that will give you the opportunity to work across a range of exciting initiatives that make a real impact. As part of our Leadership Capability & Performance team youll be surrounded by passionate professionals who care deeply about the work we do and the people we do it for.

Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position you will have
- A passion for creating great employee experiences and enabling others to perform at their best.
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels and across multiple locations.
- A relevant degree and experience or an equivalent combination of knowledge and skills gained through training or professional practice.
- Demonstrated experience working on enterpriselevel performance or employee experience programs ideally in complex or large organisations.
