Remote Marketing Assistant Work from Home EntryLevel Training Provided

Responsibilities
Set Up Marketing Workflows

Connect forms to email and SMS tools for automated followup
Apply tagging rules and user logic to sort leads based on activity
Test and Troubleshoot Funnels
Simulate a leads experience to confirm systems are working properly
Identify skipped steps or incorrect logic and make adjustments
Monitor automations and ensure timely message delivery
Replicate and Customize Systems
Duplicate working systems for different types of campaigns
Swap out message timing calendar links or followup paths as needed
Maintain clean tagging and contact organization in the CRM

Logging into your onboarding portal and completing a guided setup task
Creating a new optin form that connects to a calendar link
Building a logic rule that sends reminders if a lead doesnt book within 24 hours
