About the Role:
We are seeking a vigilant and analytical Italianspeaking Trust and Safety Analyst to join our team in Barcelona. In this role you will be responsible for helping maintain the safety integrity and compliance of our platform. You will review user activity investigate suspicious behavior and enforce platform policies to ensure a secure and respectful environment for all users. This position offers flexibility with onsite and hybrid work models.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and investigate platform activity from Italianspeaking users to detect violations of policies abuse or harmful behavior.
Analyze reports of fraud harassment abuse or content violations and take appropriate enforcement actions.
Apply internal guidelines and legal frameworks to ensure decisions are consistent fair and timely.
Collaborate with global teams in operations legal and product to escalate complex issues or highrisk cases.
Provide insights and feedback to help improve safety tools policies and workflows.
Maintain high standards of confidentiality integrity and professionalism especially when handling sensitive or distressing content.
Participate in regular training to stay updated on policy updates safety practices and regulatory developments.
Requirements:
Fluent in Italian (native or nearnative level) and proficient in English (spoken and written).
Strong attention to detail and ability to make fast accurate decisions based on complex information.
Comfortable reviewing sensitive or potentially harmful content.
Excellent analytical critical thinking and communication skills.
Previous experience in trust and safety moderation compliance fraud detection or content review is a plus.
Legally authorized to work in Spain.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in criminology law risk management psychology or digital media.
Familiarity with EU digital safety and privacy regulations (e.g. DSA GDPR).
Experience working in online platforms social media or digital services.
Additional language skills (e.g. Spanish German French) are a plus.
