Job Description

Job Title: German Customer Operations Associate
Location: Barcelona Spain Onsite or Hybrid (if applicable)
Department: Customer Operations / Customer Experience

About the Role:

We are looking for a detailoriented and customerfocused Germanspeaking Customer Operations Associate to join our team in Barcelona. In this role you will be responsible for supporting our Germanspeaking customers throughout their journey ensuring operational excellence and a seamless customer experience from onboarding to issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key point of contact for Germanspeaking customers handling inquiries via email phone or chat.

  • Manage and process customer orders returns and account updates with high accuracy.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.

  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with teams such as Sales Logistics Finance and Product to address customer needs.

  • Maintain and update customer records in internal systems and CRM tools.

  • Monitor order status shipping timelines and product availability to proactively manage expectations.

  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements to enhance the overall customer journey.

  • Ensure that all operational tasks meet company quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (native or nearnative level) and proficient in English.

  • Experience in customer service operations logistics or a similar clientfacing role.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer support/CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce Zendesk).

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

  • Legal right to work in Spain.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an international or ecommerce company.

  • Knowledge of order management or ERP systems.

  • Familiarity with additional languages such as Spanish or French is a plus.
