The Opportunity
Our client school in Milan is seeking a qualified and passionate Italian Language Teacher to join their Paritaria Primary School team.
Key Responsibilities
-
Teach Italian language to Primary School students following the national curriculum
-
Plan and deliver engaging lessons focused on reading writing speaking and listening
-
Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that supports cognitive social and emotional development

Collaborate with colleagues and parents to monitor student progress and provide academic support
-
Participate actively in school life including extracurricular activities and schoolwide events
Requirements
-
Degree in Primary Education Sciences (Laurea in Scienze della Formazione Primaria)
-
Certified to teach Italian in Primary School settings
-
Prior teaching experience with primaryaged students
-
Strong knowledge of the Italian national curriculum

Skilled in using modern teaching methodologies and educational technology

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Experience or familiarity with bilingual education particularly in supporting Italian language acquisition in a multilingual environment

High level of proficiency in English (spoken and written)
-
Familiarity with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) or similar pedagogical approaches is an advantage
