Position: Multilingual Customer Advisor
Markets: English German Dutch French Italian Spanish
Your Mission:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone email and chat
- Resolve inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
What Were Looking For:
- Native or fluent proficiency in at least one of the listed languages plus strong English skills
