Salary is EUR 2000 per month gross with bonuses

What your day might look like:
Youll be the trusted partner for business travelers providing thoughtful and personalized support for flights hotels train travel and morebefore and during their journeys. Your expertise will help ensure they travel smoothly arrive ready for success and return home with ease.
What were looking for:

Excellent phone and verbal communication skills with strong active listening

Fluency in Dutch both written and spoken

Working knowledge of English
-
Experience in travel airline hospitality or a related field is a plus

Background in a customer service environment is a bonus

Solid typing and computer skills (MS Office proficiency)

Organized and analytical mindset with sound decisionmaking skills

A team player with a positive cando attitude

High school diploma or equivalent
