- Provide immediate medical assistance to employees for injuries or illnesses occurring in the workplace.
- Conduct regular health assessments monitoring and documentation for employees.
- Administer first aid treatment and if necessary coordinate referrals to hospitals or clinics.
- Maintain and update employee medical and health records in compliance with data privacy laws.
- Monitor workplace conditions and recommend measures to ensure health and safety compliance.
- Assist in health education and wellness programs to promote a healthy workforce.
- Manage and maintain medical supplies first aid kits and clinic equipment.
- Support HR in health-related concerns such as pre-employment medical requirements sickness reports and return-to-work clearances.
- Provide guidance on occupational health policies and assist in implementing safety protocols.
Qualifications :
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
- Occupational Health Nurse training or certification is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferably in an industrial or corporate setting.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
- Strong communication documentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to respond effectively to emergencies and make sound medical decisions.
