Office Location is Lagoumitzi 40 Athina 117 45

Salary is EUR 1760 per month gross with bonuses

About the Role:

As a Business Development Sales Representative youll play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer experiences while advancing your career in a supportive awardwinning environment.

What Youll Be Doing:

As a Business Development Sales Representative your daytoday will include identifying potential leads building strong relationships and closing deals. Youll also have the opportunity to maximize revenue through upselling and crossselling to existing clients creating lasting relationships and growing the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential customers via various channels including calls social media and outbound prospecting.

  • Understand customer needs through conversations and determine if our solutions can meet those needs.

  • Establish rapport and trust with prospects to guide them through the sales process.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 1 years of sales experience

  • Strong skills in lead qualification generating business opportunities upselling and crossselling

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German

  • Ability to connect with prospects and effectively present value propositions

  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment

  • Proficiency with sales tools and CRM systems
