Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate High School Girls Soccer Coach to lead and develop our girls soccer program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in soccer an understanding of coaching strategies and a commitment to fostering a positive inclusive environment for studentathletes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement training sessions to enhance player skills and understanding of the game.
Foster teamwork sportsmanship and a positive attitude among players.
Plan and manage game strategies and make ingame adjustments as needed.
Communicate effectively with players parents and school administration.
Monitor athlete performance and provide constructive feedback.
Promote a safe and supportive environment during practices and games.
Organize team events including practices games and team meetings.
Manage equipment and ensure compliance with school policies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in coaching soccer at the high school level or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of soccer rules techniques and strategies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire studentathletes.
First Aid and CPR certification CT Coaching Certification (or willingness to obtain).
Background check clearance.
