Responsible for the implementation of the HR Strategy including employee relations payroll compensation recruitment turnover/retention and benefits.
Responsibilities:
Knowledge & Skills:
Experience: Two to five years of similar or related experience.
Education: (1) A two year college degree or (2) Completion of a specialized certification or licensing or (3) Completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors or (4) Jobspecific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
Interpersonal Skills: Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of firstlevel conflict resolution building relationships and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
Other Skills: Must have experience with benefits enrollment and processing payroll as well as using an HR database. Proficiency using MS Word and Excel. Must be detail oriented able to work independently and have excellent multitasking skills.
Position Type: Full Time Hourly
Hours: 40 hrs. per week
Current Schedule: 8a 5p MondayFriday
Pay Range: $21.19 $25.00 per hour
Actual starting salary will be determined based on skills experience (to the extent relevant) and other jobrelated factors consistent with applicable law.
