This position is based out of our corporate office in Greenville SC.
The Production Analyst is responsible for system setup documentation analysis and support related to seasonal processing across both import and domestic production. This role ensures that all facets of the domestic business operate proactively and efficiently with a strong focus on the accurate and timely delivery of product.
Crew Position:
- Gathers time and action calendars from factories and distribution centers to ensure ontime delivery and proactively prevent product delays.
- Maintains weekly communication with factories to confirm production status shipment timing and consolidation while promptly addressing any issues or discrepancies.
- Oversees inbound shipping and receiving operations.
- Analyzes demand data and recommends expedited shipping solutions (e.g. air freight) as needed.
- Collaborates with warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of material receipts.
- Coordinates with Accounting to facilitate timely payment of product and freight invoices.
- Supports the annual standard cost update through research and accurate data entry.
- Manages detailed product records in the ERP system (Exenta) including style setup costing Bills of Material (BOM) and retail pricing.
- Creates submits and maintains SMS purchase orders (POs) within Exenta.
- Manages the production schedule for screen printing and custom embroidery to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinates strikeoff orders for all screen print designs and collaborates with the Design team to secure approvals.
- Develops and distributes production forecasts to screen printers and embroidery teams outlining capacity requirements.
- Prepares and submits production orders to screen printing and embroidery vendors.
- Evaluates alternative decoration methods based on cost and lead time recommending optimal solutions.
- Reviews inventory levels and identifies decorated products to prioritize for sales opportunities.
- Investigates and resolves production issues and discrepancies to maintain workflow continuity.
- Produces and shares weekly reports on domestic production status key issues and resolutions with crossfunctional teams.
- Monitors inventory for all custom corporate collegiate club and resort (CCC) styles and advises on utilization strategies.
- Maintains strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure cost quality and delivery standards are consistently achieved.
- Serves as the central liaison among internal teams (Planning Sourcing Tech Design Merchandising and Accounting) and external partners streamlining communication and collaboration.
- Support all aspects of domestic and licensing initiatives including managing the master approvals plan coordinating artwork submissions handling licensing agreements maintaining accurate contract records and partner communications to ensure alignment across crossfunctional teams.

Know the ropes...
- Bachelors Degree in Merchandising Business Operations or related field
- Generally 3 years of experience in purchasing/inventory planning/sourcing in the textile manufacturing or apparel industry.
- High proficiency in standard Microsoft Office programs experience utilizing Excel analytical tools (formulas pivot tables etc.).
