Job Description

Athennian increases trust in business. Our products help legal finance and tax teams be transaction and auditready by organizing business entity and corporate structure information. Over 370000 business entities in almost every country are managed on Athennian to automate workflows for ownership company secretarial governance tax and compliance.

We are seeking an experienced Partner Manager to play a pivotal role in developing and operationalizing our global partner ecosystem. This position will focus on building scalable processes and programs for managing partnerships through to execution particularly with enterprise legal technology providers and other strategic partners in the corporate legal and compliance space. You will collaborate crossfunctionally to ensure seamless integration gotomarket execution and longterm success with Athennians partners.

As the Partner Manager you will lead the operationalization of our partner programs in coordination with key stakeholders enabling partners to drive value and achieve shared objectives. This role will require strong strategic thinking operational expertise and the ability to work collaboratively across internal and external teams.

This role will require crossfunctional work with Marketing Customer Success Sales Strategy Product and Operations to build a comprehensive blueprint for success with key partners. This is a fulltime position that will report to the Chief Growth Officer.

Responsibilities:

    • Develop operationalize and execute on Athennians partner ecosystem strategy ensuring scalable processes for onboarding enablement and ongoing management
    • Lead in conjunction with Strategy Sales and Marketing leaders the creation of structured partner programs that include joint gotomarket plans enablement frameworks and operational workflows designed to maximize revenue opportunities
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts within strategic partners to ensure alignment mutual value creation and consistent contribution to Athennians revenue and the partners goals
    • Drive partner pipeline and ARR holding accountability to Athennians revenue goals through partneroriented initiatives
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful implementation of partner initiatives and integrations
    • Establish and maintain robust reporting mechanisms to track partner program performance and identify areas for improvement
    • Ensure technical and sales enablement materials are current accessible and effectively utilized by partner organizations
    • Serve as the operational lead for partnerships managing daytoday coordination of tasks and dependencies across teams
    • Identify and address gaps in internal processes to drive efficiencies and improve collaboration between Athennian and its partners
    • Support revenue growth by working closely with sales teams to influence and close partnerdriven opportunities
    • Travel to key partner locations and events across North America and Europe

Qualifications:

    • 5 years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development in the SaaS or enterprise software industry
    • Proven track record of developing and operationalizing scalable partner programs that deliver measurable results
    • Strong technical understanding of software integrations and APIs with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable programs
    • Exceptional operational and organizational skills with the ability to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization
    • Experience in legal technology compliance or governance solutions is preferred but not required
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to take initiatives from concept to implementation
    • Proficient in designing and executing joint gotomarket plans and tracking performance metrics
    • Skilled in navigating matrixed organizations to align crossfunctional teams around shared goals
Location
