In this role you will work closely with stakeholders across various engineering and business teams to identify and drive innovative solutions that achieve business goals and align with long term product roadmaps.
You will provide product leadership quantify the impact of product features and balance business needs against technical constraints. Key job responsibilities
Define the longterm vision and product strategy for our procurement products
Develop a product roadmap that aligns with the overall business and procurement goals
Create a feature request prioritization matrix focused on impact and entitlements
Lead the ideation and design of new procurement product features and capabilities to ensure a usercentric approach that starts with understanding user needs and pain points
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Monitor procurement product performance gather user feedback to continually optimize and enhance features
Communicate the product vision roadmap and key metrics to executive stakeholders and secure buyin
Manage the entire product lifecycle from planning and development to release and ongoing maintenance
Bachelors degree in Business or a related field
Significant experience in product management
Deep understanding of product management and technology solutions
Expertise in product strategy development and roadmap management
Excellent communication stakeholder management and crossfunctional collaboration skills
Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience in delivering endtoend procurement product solutions
Experience working directly with procurement teams and leading procurementfocused product initiatives
Familiarity with procurementspecific software and technologies (e.g. eprocurement supplier relationship management)
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions
