THE OPPORTUNITY:
JTMEC currently have an exciting opportunity for an experiencedNSW Projects Superintendentto join our high performing team based inOrange handson role will involve overseeing multiple sitebased projects whilst reporting to the NSW Project Manager.
Your typical day will consist of:
- Planning and scheduling crews workloads to meet project requirements and timeframes;
- Ensure all project activities are undertaken in a timely manner in accordance with the project scope of work;
- Liaising with project Client and management stakeholders;
- Interpreting electrical and mechanical diagrams drawings or specifications;
- Monitor progress against the work schedule;
- Oversee quality of work produced to ensure compliance;
- Provide progress updates to the Project Manager; and
- Ensure all activities are undertaken in a safe manner and compliant with HSE requirements.
The successful candidate will be able to meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 3 years Supervisory experience;
- Experience in Electrical Mining maintenance environment;
- Proven ability to effectively plan schedule and manage personnel and resources;
- Ability to grow and develop positive relationships with clients and suppliers;
- Current NSW Electrical & Drivers Licence;
- Commitment to a ZERO harm culture;
- Selfmotivated who is reliable honest and takes pride in your work; and
- Ability to work both as a member of a team as well as independently.
Desirable although not essential:
- LV CPR Certificate
- HV experience
- Hazardous Areas
