The Role of Area Sales Manager Facades
- This is a fieldbased sales role covering the Southern Home Counties where you will be responsible for driving business growth through the management of key accounts and the acquisition of new project opportunities.
- You will be targeting a wide range of highprofile construction projects including largescale commercial developments highend residential schemes and student accommodation projects.
- Your focus will be on winning highvalue tenders and securing longterm business through strategic engagement with key influencers and decisionmakers.
- You will work closely with major contractors such as Mace Kier and Laing ORourke as well as toptier developers including Vistry and Cala Homes.
- This is a consultative sales role involving regular engagement with Clevel stakeholders and senior personnel including: Commercial Directors Procurement Managers Technical Directors Quantity Surveyors (QSs).
- You will also be expected to build strong relationships with major architectural practices to drive early specification and ensure the companys faade systems are frontofmind from design to installation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and developing highvalue opportunities across key market sectors
- Managing and growing key accounts with Tier 1 contractors and national developers
- Securing specifications and negotiating tenders for highordervalue faade solutions
- Delivering a consultative projectbased sales approach with longterm relationship development
- Working collaboratively with internal technical and commercial teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
