What You Will Do
In this impactful role youll take the lead in ensuring Trimbles products meet global environmental regulations and align with customer sustainability expectations. As the champion of our Full Material Disclosure (FMD) program youll promote the use of environmentally preferred materials across our product lines. Youll drive compliance with key regulations such as RoHS REACH and Proposition 65 overseeing requirements for parts products and packaging. Your expertise will guide the interpretation of environmental laws effective data management and collaboration with crossfunctional teams. Youll also lead environmental training efforts and support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen our commitment to compliance and sustainability.
Lead Trimbles Full Material Disclosure (FMD) program and promote the use of environmentally preferred materials.
Ensure compliance with global environmental regulations such as RoHS REACH Proposition 65 and WEEE.
Manage material compliance data from a global supplier base ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering product design legal and manufacturing.
Drive initiatives in regulatory reporting risk assessment and compliance automation.
Mentor and support regional compliance teams across Trimbles global operations.
Deliver environmental compliance training and foster awareness across departments.
Support Trimbles sustainability goals by contributing to continuous improvement in product compliance processes.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
A bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering Chemical Engineering or a related fieldor equivalent professional experience.
5 years of handson experience in environmental compliance ideally within a hightech electronics or mechanical manufacturing environment.
Indepth knowledge of global environmental regulations related to consumer electronics packaging and batteries.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex regulatory information.
Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Approved Manufacturer Lists (AMLs).
Strong data analysis capabilitiesable to manage large datasets create insightful reports and drive actionable outcomes.
Highly detailoriented with a sharp analytical mindset and strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
Collaborative team player with experience working across functions and engaging global suppliers on compliance efforts.
This is an officebased role with occasional travel required.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
