Your role and your tasks:
As the Manager Sales Operations (m/f/x) you play a crucial role in ensuring that the sales team operates efficiently and effectively.
Process Optimization: Enhance develop and implement sales processes procedures and technologies to streamline the sales performance.
Sales Analytics and Reporting: Monitor sales KPIs to track the sales performance conduct forecasting and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team and management.
Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales data maintain and update customer databases and manage sales lead distribution.
Sales Support: Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools resources information and onboard new hires on the sales tech stack.
CrossFunctional Collaboration with marketing integration content and customer support teams to align strategies and ensure smooth operations.
HubSpot CRM: Manage HubSpot and ensure the sales team effectively utilizes HubSpot for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations.
Job requirements
Now lets talk about you:
You have at least 3 years of experience in sales operations sales management or a related role. Previous experience in lead generation and closing is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
Strong understanding of sales tools and technologies (HubSpot LinkedIn Sales Navigator Jira Confluence etc.).
Good proficiency of Microsoft Suite especially Excel.
Excellent organizational project management and problemsolving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work crossdepartmentally and manage multiple stakeholders.
Basic understanding of SQL and/or Python is a plus.
You ideally have completed a bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field.
Business fluency in English. German would be a plus.
