Your role and your tasks:

As the Manager Sales Operations (m/f/x) you play a crucial role in ensuring that the sales team operates efficiently and effectively.

  • Process Optimization: Enhance develop and implement sales processes procedures and technologies to streamline the sales performance.

  • Sales Analytics and Reporting: Monitor sales KPIs to track the sales performance conduct forecasting and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team and management.

  • Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales data maintain and update customer databases and manage sales lead distribution.

  • Sales Support: Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools resources information and onboard new hires on the sales tech stack.

  • CrossFunctional Collaboration with marketing integration content and customer support teams to align strategies and ensure smooth operations.

  • HubSpot CRM: Manage HubSpot and ensure the sales team effectively utilizes HubSpot for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.

  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations.

Job requirements

Now lets talk about you:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in sales operations sales management or a related role. Previous experience in lead generation and closing is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.

  • Strong understanding of sales tools and technologies (HubSpot LinkedIn Sales Navigator Jira Confluence etc.).

  • Good proficiency of Microsoft Suite especially Excel.

  • Excellent organizational project management and problemsolving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work crossdepartmentally and manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Basic understanding of SQL and/or Python is a plus.

  • You ideally have completed a bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field.

  • Business fluency in English. German would be a plus.
