RNResponsibilities

• Provides services in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and state/federal nursing center regulations.
• Performs admission and periodic assessments on residents for functional and mental abilities.
• Reviews/revises assessments and care plans at admission periodically per regulation and at change in resident physical or psychosocial condition.
• Reviews and transcribes physicians orders.
• Administers and documents medications in accordance with the five rights: right medication right route right resident right time and right dose.
• Provides medical treatments as ordered by physician.
• Supervises and monitors medications for residents who selfadminister.
• Observes residents and reports condition changes to physicians health care proxies and supervisors.
• Understands the residents Advance Directives and follows his/her wishes.
• Assists residents with meeting their nutritional/hydration needs and documents on the Nursing record appropriately.
• Monitors mealtime and nourishments assists with trays and helps feed residents.
• Maintains confidentiality of residents private health information.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be a registered nurse with a valid RN license in the state you are applying for.
• Minimum of 1 year of skilled nursing experience
• Desire to be part of a dynamic platform and ability to quickly adapt to new facilities and conditions.
• Other records or documents needed will be explained during the onboarding process.
