As a Marketing Associate in Emergency Care you will help drive the success of lifesaving treatments by executing dynamic marketing collateral and sales support programs for our critical product lines. Youll uncover key competitor insights identify essential customer needs and shape actionable marketing plansall while supporting targeted sales training initiatives to ensure our innovative solutions reach those who need them most.
What you will do
- Is the subject matter expert for applicable products/product lines and able to field technical questions. note: some products are more technical than others and will take longer to get to SME status
- Support marketing and sales training initiatives and programs throughout the year
- Assists in the implementation and execution of the marketing collateral and sales support program of an assigned product line or lines.
- Identify critical customer needs and preferences
- Provides customer feedback to marketing leadership
- Understand basic budget management principles
- Understand general marketing principles such as segmentation targeting and positioning
- Support the onlabel use and promotion of all products
- Understand and supports setting price and maintaining product or portfolio margin
- Use appropriate scorecards to track results track existing KPIs and reports back to the organization
What you need

- Bachelors degree required

Preferred
- Internship experience or relevant coursework with marketing or related field
- Professional experience in marketing sales or a related field
