Our client a prestigious and forwardthinking law firm based in downtown Chicago is seeking an experienced attorney to join its thrivingReal Estate and Energy Law practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional looking to engage in sophisticated highimpact transactional work within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on energy development projects including: Utilityscale and distributed solar wind storage and transmission
- Handle a broad range of commercial real estate transactions including: Purchase and sale agreements commercial leasing
- Collaborate with partners and contribute meaningfully to practice group goals
- Engage in client development and networking efforts with firm support
Requirements:
- Demonstrated legal experience in energy and real estate law
- Proven expertise in complex land use and permitting matters within the energy sector
- Strong experience with commercial real estate transactions
