Position Purpose:
The Content Sr. Analyst is responsible for maintaining and optimizing hundreds of category browse pages across our B2C & B2B site experiences to enhance navigation product education and customer inspiration. This role plays a key part in instilling customer confidence and accelerating the path to purchase through strategic content improvements. This role collaborates closely with Merchants Digital Creative Testing/Personalization and CMS Product teams to support key merchandising initiatives promotional events and Pro customer priorities. Through datadriven decisionmaking this role directly impacts clickthrough rates (CTR) bounce rates and overall digital engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and expand your expertise in ecommerce content strategy digital merchandising and omnichannel retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- 40% Analyze customer information (external data internal research site behaviors posttransaction data) to identify the most significant opportunities to improve the customer experience across categories.
- 30% Identify opportunities to improve taxonomy purchase path (search and navigation) data content SEO and posttransaction results through tactical execution.
- 15% Execute system changes for promotional activity.
- 15% Develop and execute taxonomy changes in the system necessary to support new onboarding and business changes.

Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Proven results in any (but including most) of the following areas: CI CRM customer experience product content optimization product management financial analysis business analysis data analytics

- Track record of taking ownership and driving results in the retail ecomm environment.
- Ability to use data to understand customer behavior and draw actionable insights from those results.
