Job Description
Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking an entrylevel Tech to help our Laurel Physical Therapists provide excellent patient care. This is a great opportunity to build a career in the medical field with a company that will support your personal and professional goals. In addition to a $10.50 $11 hourly wage you will have the opportunity to participate in our PrePT Pathway which will teach you how to get into Physical Therapy school. If you complete the pathway and work at least 800 hours at Mountain Land you will receive a $3000 scholarship for PT school ($1500 for PT Assistant school) and a $5000 sign on bonus if you are hired back as a PT after graduation ($1500 for PTA).
Dont know what a Physical Therapy Tech does Dont worry about it! This position is intended for candidates with little to no experience in the medical field who are willing and eager to learn. Our experienced team wants to train you to be future Physical Therapists Doctors Athletic Trainers or Healthcare Administrators. You will receive on the job training by working sidebyside with licensed Physical Therapists. Your daytoday will include working with patients to assist with needs exercises and checkins.

Pay Range: $10.50 $12/Hour
Hours & Benefits: This is a parttime position with a flexible schedule to accommodate your school and/or work schedule. However the preferred hours are Monday & Wednesday mornings along with as needed hours. You will also receive letters of recommendations mock interviews from executives and the ability to be rehired as a PT if you pursue PT school.
- This position is intended for individuals interested in gaining clinical experience who may have interest in pursuing a PT degree. There is an hourly wage associated with this position but is minimal due to the position being a learning experience.
