Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant/Loan Partner to join our topproducing team and assist our mortgage loan origination officers. This position requires a unique mix of production and administrative skills plus the ability to manage preapproving loan files including loan program placement calculating income running DU and LP and even selling the loan sometimes. Loan Officer Experience or Underwriting Experience Preferred
$50000 $60000 base SALARY COE ( bonus schedule)
