ISS ESG is growing! We are seeking multifaceted interactive and dynamic professionals who are interested in the Environmental Social Governance (ESG) and sustainable finance domain. The ESG Client Relations Manager acts as the main contact person for daily request from our clients in the Asset Management and Insurance industry.
In this role you will be the first contact for the full suite of our ISS ESG solutions spanning topics such as corporate sustainability ratings ESG controversy screenings SDG impact measurement climate research sustainable finance regulatory solutions or engagement initiatives. You will assist your client portfolio with queries on research content methodology provide technical assistance on the usage of online platforms and data delivery.
The ESG Client Relations Manager builds a bridge between client/market needs and internal departments. You provide feedback to help prioritize product development efforts manage expectations at the client side. You will collaborate with diverse other departments such as Sales Product Management and Research.
Depending on your seniority you can further develop subject matter expertise and support clients in their investment strategies.
You are part of the EMEA Client Success team and report to the regional CS manager in Paris.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in a clientfacing role in financial services responsible investment or sustainabilityrelated consulting.
Fluency in French full professional proficiency in English.
Good understanding of financial markets and ESG related topics.
Strong organizational skills to handle a multitude of different topics and client requests.
Very wellorganized and fast learner to manage the diversity of information internally and externally. Advanced Excel skills are a plus.
Team player with a collaborative mindset and positive cando outlook
Solution focused with a positive constructive mindset taking proactively initiative.
Excellent relationship communication and presentation skills.
