The role
As a Senior Technical Analyst your role revolves around delivering expert technology support by translating user business and system requirements into actionable solutions. Youll lead the software development process ensure compliance with standards and act as a bridge between technical and nontechnical stakeholders to drive impactful business outcomesall while maintaining a proactive and problemsolving approach.
This dynamic role comes with challenges such as managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines collaborating with diverse stakeholders and navigating a complex technology portfolio. Success will depend on your versatility your ability to balance accuracy and have a deep understanding of platforms to deliver highquality results independently

What you will bring to the role
- Strong problemsolving abilities to navigate complex challenges and adapt to evolving situations.
- Solid time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Capable of driving outcomes while effectively involving stakeholders throughout the process fostering collaboration and buyin.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with diverse stakeholders and external vendors to achieve outcomes.
- Demonstrated technical expertise to articulate and implement innovative solutions that meet both business and system requirements.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving recurring issues ensuring longterm system stability and performance.
Key knowledge and experience
- Experience in system analysis and design including in requirements gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements
- Demonstrated experience in technical support and maintenance of digital services including triaging analysis and troubleshooting of issues in a highpressure environment
Essential requirements for this role
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent relevant experience
- Extensive experience with Pega systems administration in complex environments
