The OEM Sales Account Executive is responsible for driving the growth of Rehlko Engines through factory direct customers. This role requires a proactive resultsdriven professional who excels in business development relationship management and technical sales. The ideal candidate will leverage strong communication project management and problemsolving skills to expand market presence enhance customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.

Clearly articulates the value proposition of Rehlko Engines to diverse stakeholders from engineering teams to executive leadership.
Negotiates agreements resolves issues and ensures alignment between customer needs and company capabilities.
Provides regular updates and insights to leadership on sales performance market trends and competitive positioning.
Project Management
Manages the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing ensuring timely execution and followup.
Oversees complex customer projects ensuring all technical financial and operational aspects align with business objectives.
Collaborates with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of customer solutions.
Technical Skills
Possesses deep knowledge of power generation engines and related systems.
Guides customers through the design integration and application of Rehlko Engines into their products.
Stays up to date with industry regulations safety standards and technological advancements.
Process & Innovation
Continuously evaluates and refines sales strategies processes and customer engagement methods to maximize efficiency.
Seeks out innovative solutions and new sales channels to drive growth.
Utilizes datadriven decisionmaking to enhance forecasting and performance tracking.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering/related field preferred or equivalent experience.
8 years of experience in power or technical sales or industrial OEM markets.
Proven track record of strategic sales execution customer relationship management and revenue growth.
Strong technical acumen in power systems engines and related applications.
Excellent negotiation communication and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed crossfunctional environment
