Join Change Grow Live Southwark Service as a Team Leader Womens Lead.

Where:Southwark

Full Time Hours: Full Time. 37.5h per week

Full Time Salary: 35220..91Dependent on experience. (Based on fulltime hours pro rata for part time hours)

Allowance: 4133.14 Inner London Weighting (Based on fulltime hours pro rata for part time hours)

Contract Type:Fixed Term until 31st March 2026

Responsibilities

Purpose of the role


The post holder will work as an integral part of the multidisciplinary team within CGL Southwark to deliver high quality provision to service users.


As a Womens Lead team Leader the post holder will be expected to work with women and act as a practice lead within the service. Develop partnerships with womens support services and groups. Ensure that services are accessible for women to access structured treatment and harm reduction support within the community.


The post holder will ensure a high quality and consistent service to women who traditionally and regularly find our services challenging to access. Service users will have either drug and/or alcohol related issues and may also have a comorbidity or complexity of need.


The post holder will also work closely with CGL Southwark Community and Outreach Team and offer support for women who may be sex working and/or rough sleeping or at risk of homelessness. They will be expected to engage with women across community locations to make the service more accessible. The postholder will be responsible for upskillingother community organisations to identify and refer women to substance misuse services.


The post holder will work with women to codevelop individualised recovery plans. These will be focused on harm reduction and psychosocial interventions in addition to working holistically with women in relation to their wider support needs. This will include upskillingand supporting CGL colleagues to meet the needs of women in treatment.

About you:

  • Knowledge and experience of developing and leading health and social care services.
  • Knowledge and experience of delivering services which evidence high performance and quality standards.
  • Experience of culture and change management staff engagement service improvement.
  • Experience of effective partnership working relationship management pathway andprotocol development.
  • Experience of culture and change management staff engagement serviceimprovement.

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • Ability to lead inspire and develop a team.
  • Expertise in developing positive working cultures and relationships embedded in CGLvalues
  • Skills which demonstrate effective communication in a variety of formats to a broadaudience
  • Confidence in working alone while following local risk management policies.
  • Strong problemsolving skills especially in tough situations.
  • The Capability to apply reasoned nonjudgemental analysis to the investigation of incidents
    (including the death of clients) and to produce high quality investigation reports
