Responsabilits:
Prospecter vendre et ngocier des contrats de service en faisant des prsentations de vente efficaces grce des approches cibles.
Acqurir de nouvelles pistes par le biais de campagnes numriques ou dautres initiatives de marketing et grer les pistes provenant de la succursale locale.
Comprendre les conditions du client et du march et prsenter une offre qui rpond ces besoins.
Avoir une connaissance gnrale des produits de toutes les gammes dascenseurs et descaliers mcaniques.
Gnrer qualifier et poursuivre les pistes pour produire des revenus nets de nouveaux clients au sein du march cible en ayant recours aux ressources technologiques tlphoniques et virtuelles.
Diriger la collaboration et la coordination avec les spcialistes de la modernisation et de lIdO numrique pour fournir une expertise technique en fonction des besoins du client.
Collaborer avec les directeurs de comptes/dengagement de la clientle des succursales pour mener bien lintgration et la transition des nouveaux comptes.
Utiliser les outils de vente dOtis pour suivre efficacement les occasions et le pipeline et faire des prvisions sur les rsultats des ventes.
tudes:
Dtenir un diplme dtudes secondaires ou lquivalent; un diplme universitaire serait un atout.
Exprience/comptences minimales:
tre apte travailler dans un environnement dynamique et fortement ax sur le travail dquipe.
Faire preuve de solides comptences en matire de prsentation et possder dexcellentes dispositions communiquer en franais et en anglais tant loral qu lcrit afin de dvelopper efficacement les attentes et les relations avec les clients internes et externes (la connaissance de la langue anglaise est demande puisque le personne devra communiquer avec certains cadres suprieurs du sige social situ dans une rgion anglophone et une partie des clients ce qui devrait reprsenter environ 25 % du temps de travail).

Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Specialist Business Development (Bilingual) who will be responsible for developing new business opportunities to grow our maintenance portfolio proactively prospect potential accounts for new business and develop and build solid relationships with new customers.
Essential Responsibilities
Prospect sell and negotiate service contracts by making effective sales presentations through differentiated approaches
Acquire new leads through digital campaigns or other marketing initiatives as well as manage leads coming through the local field office
Understand the customer and market conditions and present a positioned offer that meets those needs
Comprehend the broad product knowledge of all elevator/escalator lines
Generate qualify and pursue new client leads to produce net new client recapture revenue within target market using technology telephony and virtual capabilities
Lead collaboration and coordination with mod specialists and digital IoT specialists to provide technical expertise based on client needs
Partner with branch account managers/client engagement managers to successfully onboard and transition new accounts
Use Otis sales tools to effectively track opportunities pipeline and forecast sales results
Education / Certifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree preferred
Basic Qualifications
Ability to work in a highly teamoriented and dynamic environment
Candidate must demonstrate strong presentation skills and written and verbal communication skills in French and English to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
Needs to be selfmotivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software
Goalorientated with strong time management and organizational skills
