This leadership role involves structuring the department hiring managing and training staff as well as creating systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective care delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong operations background excellent leadership skills and experience in healthcare or care management settings.
Responsibilities Include:
Department Structure & Leadership:
Develop and implement a clear structure for the Care Management department.
Lead the hiring process for new staff ensuring the team is wellequipped to meet departmental goals.
Manage train and mentor team members ensuring their professional growth and effective performance.
Process & System Development:
Create and implement efficient systems and processes for care management operations.
Continuously assess and refine workflows to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
Team Management & Coordination:
Oversee daily operations of the care management team ensuring all activities align with company goals.
Monitor team performance address challenges and ensure highquality care services are being delivered.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Collaborate with other departments and leadership to ensure alignment with company objectives and patient care goals.
Track key performance metrics and report on department progress to senior leadership.
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations management with a focus on care management or healthcare settings.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to hire manage and develop teams.
Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.
Experience in creating and implementing processes and systems for operational efficiency.
Ability to work in a fastpaced everchanging environment.
