Supervise and coordinate all field activities related to streetlight predictive maintenance including installation safety productivity and efficiency.
Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines budgets and technical specifications.
Assist with permit applications and coordination of traffic control plans as needed.
Lead and manage field crews ensuring effective task delegation and performance.
Train and mentor team members on best practices safety protocols and technical skills.
Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations (company and regulatory).
Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks to minimize risks.
Serve as the primary point of contact between project managers engineers contractors and field teams.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress challenges and resolutions.
Ensure all maintenance work meets required standards specifications and client expectations.
Resolve onsite issues or discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
Coordinate delivery and use of tools equipment and materials to maximize productivity.
Monitor inventory to prevent shortages and avoid delays.
High school diploma or equivalent (required); technical certifications in construction or electrical fields (preferred).
Proven experience in streetlight maintenance electrical work or similar fields.
Strong knowledge of streetlight systems electrical components and construction techniques.
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing field crews.
Knowledge of OSHA standards and other relevant safety regulations.
Excellent problemsolving organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in basic computer tools or project management software (preferred).
Valid drivers license with ability and willingness to travel to job sites.
Primarily fieldbased with exposure to outdoor conditions construction sites and varying weather.
May require lifting of heavy materials and equipment.
Flexible schedule; some weekend or evening work may be necessary based on project demands.
