What we are looking for:
Candidates looking to gain a wealth of experience providing mental health counseling to diverse clientele in a flexible and supportive work environment. When youre a SchoolBased Mental Health Therapist for The Village Family Service Center you have the opportunity to advance in licensure specialize in cuttingedge therapy models and grow professionally while strengthening the lives of children adults and families in a schoolbased setting. Candidates should have a masters degree in counseling social work or marriage and family therapy and be licensed or license eligible (LMSW LCSW LMFT LAPC LPC LPCC).
Enjoy the School Year Rhythm! This position has the option to follow the school year schedule offering a worklife balance throughout the year. Youll enjoy fulltime benefits while working a.75 FTE (9 month) schedule over the year giving you the flexibility to recharge during school breaks.
Our SchoolBased Mental Health Therapists are part of a team that provides support to ensure the highest quality therapeutic services are delivered to children and families from diverse populations. Pay Range: $50000 $56000 DOE. Pay range listed for nonfully licensed Clinician. Salary range is dependent on experience and licensure. Please reach out if you have questions on the salary range to . This position has the potential to be either a yearround or 9month position. The 9month option will work approximately midAugust through midMay with an annualized FTE of.75.
Job Qualifications/requirements:
- Masters degree in a human service field or behavioral science field
- Fully licensed or be on licensure track
- Training in traumaspecific therapy modules is preferred but not required.
