Job Description
The Global HRIS & Analytics Team is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated
Junior HRIS Analyst (all genders)
Full time and temporary for 12 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support:Serve as the first point of contact for HRISrelated inquiries providing effective solutions based on customer needs.
- Analytics and Dashboards:Assist in creating and maintaining HR analytics tools and dashboards to support datadriven decisions.
- Process Coordination:Help in the creation coordination and centralization of Global HR processes.
- Project Participation:Actively engage in global HRIS projects aimed at developing and improving our HRIS systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources (preferably with a focus on HRIS) Finance or a related field.
- Familiarity with HR analytics and HRIS is advantageous.
- Keen interest in innovative HR solutions and continuous process improvement.
- Excellent problemsolving analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
