About the role
A new opportunity has come available for an experienced Executive Coordinator to join ARRCS on a permanent fulltime basis. With remuneration starting at $80000 gross base (negotiable dependent on experience) this role reports directly to and support our organizations Chief Executive Officer.
This exciting role will see you providing highlevel support to our CEO and Board. You will manage all secretarial services including meeting management event management board report consolidation and travel. In addition you will be a core point of contact for our Executive leadership team and our Service Mangers operating one of our 11 Aged Care facilities.
As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate strong prior experience as an Executive of Personal Assistant. You will have an exceptional professional manner and understand the importance of this role and the level of confidentiality required. You will be a proactive selfstarter who is comfortable to take direction from both the CEO and Executive leadership team and bring with you strong IT acumen along with a fresh and friendly attitude.
